For many people, why they can’t either complete a task or wait until the very last minute to do so is something that’s difficult to answer.
While I’ve been laser focused, driven and motivated in many aspects of my life, there are situations where even my own personal struggle with procrastination is all too real.
Defined as the act of of unnecessarily postponing decisions or actions, procrastination in theory can be overcome by breaking down in manageable steps what needs to be done, setting specific and realistic goals, and identifying as well as addressing one’s fears around what’s actually behind the inactivity.
That all sounds good in theory. But does it work?
