Gardena High School Class of 1981 Reunion (DETAILS)

Not even a pandemic can stop Gardena High School’s 1981 Classics from gathering for their 40th Reunion.

Under the theme “ReUnited… And It Feels So Good”, hundreds plan to connect virtually Saturday June 26, 2021 to experience a trip down memory lane, 80s style. Touching stories and old school jams are just part of the program, followed by what’s expected to be a lively Zoom afterparty where everyone will be showing off their “Dena Pride” designer shirts and hoodies.

Of course the evening’s highlight will be an appearance by actor, political commentator, radio host, author and celebrated stand up comedian DL Hughley. This will be the first time DL has performed exclusively for his fellow classmates. It promises to be quite a show!

DL Hughley, one of The Original Kings of Comedy

Tickets start at $10, with proceeds going toward college scholarships to select Gardena High School Class of 2021 seniors.

To register for the online event, or if you have any questions, contact the GHS 1981 Reunion Committee at gardenaclassof81@gmail.com.

Don’t miss the fun and the fellowship. All are invited to attend, even if you’re not a member of the graduating class.

Festivities kick-off at 6:00pm PST with DJ Quantum and Master of Ceremonies Kevin A Ross (classmate, host of television’s America’s Court with Judge Ross).

See you there!

GHS Cheerleaders, back in the day. As they say in the entertainment industry, the show must go on. So on we go!

  2. Dear Judge Ross, I am a big fan of your TV show and when I catch you on the radio (KBLA 1580 AM). Please start a program for 9th – 12th graders at Gardena High if you don’t already have one to help them prepare for college (maybe a HBU). Our young people are in need of any help they can get from you and other people that you know. Thanks Again for all you do and have a done to help our community.
