After speaking with various people facing challenges and adversity, Kevin “Boss” Ross decided to share in his latest podcast about an early period in his life as a financially strapped college student. Desperate for money (and a lot of it), Ross decided in the summer of 1983 to became a door-to-door book salesman working on straight commission.

Determined to succeed and prove his naysaying parents wrong, Ross found himself in a very unfamiliar place, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It was there that he was forced like never before to seek out tools that would not only inspire him, but become the means by which he could focus on his lifelong goals.
